  • All developers are part of the Team in Clayton (link)

  • All the Team members have the proper role assigned on Clayton (link)

  • The ruleset is configured correctly based on the project code quality standards (link)

  • Activate the Clayton code review automation (link)

  • Configure the Clayton Notification system (email or Slack) making sure the team is aware of new code reviews results (link)

  • Review the Clayton reports making sure problems are appropriately addressed by the Team (link)

  • Ignore problems detected by Clayton based on conscious decisions by the Development Team (link)

  • Report wrong detections to the Clayton team in order to work on rules improvements faster (link)
